Meaning and purpose:I'm going try to achieve create a mysterious video for a part of a film.To do this,I'm going to start the film with the darkness place and the actor should always hide behind for the first few shots of the video. Two achieve this,I need to make sure when we film, the light system was setting up correctly and the crew know that exactly to do.
Still, I learned that you don’t always get the right shot on the first, second, third, etc. time. Some of the shots took many tries, even though they only ended up being in the film for a few seconds. Especially the scenes where the characters were afraid or yelling, those took a while for the actors to warm up to.
I also learned that filming on the streets was hard. We were relatively lucky as we didn’t get a lot of interruptions, but the few that we did ended up putting us behind schedule. We also didn’t end up breaking for lunch like we planned to, because we just wanted to get things done while we had all of our equipment set up and ready to go.
I also said I would upload the files to a computer immediately at the end of each day. I didn’t do that, and I should’ve. We were lucky to not lost footage but still, I could have given a camera back without taking the footage off or we could have found that we didn’t get some shots right or we forgot a shot and then would be days behind schedule while waiting to get everything together to do it again. This is why it’s important to start off with a schedule and stick to it.
backup Plan 2
Thursday – Outdoor Scenes 12pm – 4:30pm

1pm Begin filming the scenes where characters walk down the roads.
1:45pm Break for lunch.
2:30pm Film scene behind building when woman is first attacked. Again, make sure the space is safe and everyone around knows what’s going on.

Day 1:
the day 1 shooting is located in the building therefore we need get the lighting system ready to support us to get the best quality of film.
Day 2:
the day 2 shooting is based on outdoor and we would like to film during the day time, therefore a lot of the shot, the light come from by the sun.We need to check the ISO and the weather condition before we start filming.
The storyboard helped a lot in the process, because it tell us what to do next.It direct us what shall we do such as the camera angles and the movement of the crew.
In additional, there are a lot of communication at the late of the video, the storyboard and the script list would help us for the whole process. For example, the crew can read and remember the sub-title and more flexible during the filming. It saves time.
