P2(c) Following Safe Working Practices

The risks we identified were either low or moderate risks. Nothing in the project was high risk. Still, we didn’t want to deal with any issues of health and safety or equipment damage, so we followed our plan precisely to ensure no one got hurt and no equipment got damaged. 

To make sure no one got hurt, we informed the people around us that we were filming to the best of our ability. This made people aware of the process and encouraged them to stay away from it. We were also very obvious in our filming as we had a camera set up and were repeatedly doing the same task. 

We checked the equipment each time we took it out of a bag. We made sure everything was there so that we did not get blamed for damaged or lost items before we started filming. We did the same thing when putting all of the equipment back, making sure there was no damage and nothing was left behind. We made sure that the camera was always safely secured into the tripod so that any movement would not knock the camera over. We also made sure we had a flat surface for the tripod so that it did not get knocked over itself. 

Lighting: We got everything into position with the lights on in the scenes that were shot in the dark. Then, we dimmed the lights to get our desired effect with characters and crew in position. This minimized the amount of walking around that needed to be done so that no one tripped or hurt themselves.

Crowds: We got lucky as the times we decided to film there were not a lot of people in the street. Once, we had to stop filming during the scene that the woman got attacked because there were concerned people looking on. We explained to them what was going on and continued. 

Pushing: We practiced the amount of force that would be used in the scene where the woman gets attacked. We made sure the actors felt safe doing this scene and we told her to stop the scene if she felt like she was being pulled too hard. It went fine and no one was hurt. 

Location 1 : old apartment

We took some shots in the stairs,when we took the shot like this.First of all we need to care when we step on it to avoid slip over for all the crew.

Location 2 : The street

We need to take a lot of care for the incoming cars.We need to take care of all the equipment and stuff to avoid been stolen.Also,there are a lot of cars,when we walk on the street and take the video.We need make sure there was no incoming cars and to avoid traffic accident.
